Shipping FAQ

Q.) When will my order ship? 

A.) Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days for orders in stock. Should an order become back ordered we will notify you of the estimated ship date.

Q.) Do you guarantee the date of delivery?

A.) We do not guarantee delivery dates, any time frames for delivery shown or provided are an estimate only.

Q.) What if my order arrives damaged?

A.) While we take every measure possible to ensure orders arrive undamaged we do realize sometimes things go wrong. We will always take every step to make it right. Should an order arrive damaged in any way we simply ask you to take a phot of the following: 1) The shipping box and label 2) The book or product that is damaged clearly showing the damage. Send us these images via text at (208)400-4062 or via email at customerservice@jstacticsministry.com along with your name, shipping address and order number  Once we receive these images we will provide return shipping label if a return is needed and a replacement will be sent out. 

Q.) What if my order shows delivered but we didn't receive it? 

A.) Should this happen we ask you to text, call or email us via our contact page with your order number, name and shipping address. We will verify the shipping address matches the one provided at checkout, and will open a case with the shipping company. We will request the GPS tracking from the carrier as this shows the location the carrier actually delivered a package too. This can take 2-5 business days. Upon receiving this information we will determine if the package was delivered to the wrong address and will ship out a replacement in that case. 

Q.) Do you ship to PO Boxes?

A.) Yes, we do deliver to PO Boxes. Please note that your package may be held at the counter for pick up.
